Getting started
Is Stope free?
Yes, your first role is free and no card is needed. If you want more roles or more recruiter conversations later, you can add them with pay-as-you-go Ore packs. There's no subscription.
How does the AI interview work?
Upload your resume, then have a 10-minute conversation with our AI. It asks about your experience, your biggest wins, what you want next, and your availability. Your answers become a profile that represents you accurately, and a recruiter-facing AI that can answer questions about you any time.
Do I need a resume?
Yes. Your resume gives the interview a starting point, so the AI can ask better questions and confirm the details that matter instead of starting from zero.
What do recruiters see?
Recruiters get your profile link and can chat with an AI trained on your interview. They can ask about your experience, level, timeline, and fit before they ever reach out. Your AI only shares what you told it.
Ore and pricing
What is Ore?
Ore is how you pay on Stope. Buy it in packs, and use it when recruiters engage or when you start a new Role.
What happens if I run out of Ore?
Your page doesn't disappear when your balance runs low. We'll let you know when recruiters engage, and you'll need Ore to keep going.
Is this a subscription?
No. Ore packs are one-time purchases with no recurring charges. Packs stack, and bigger packs cost less per Ore.
I have a promo code. Where does it go?
Enter it on the checkout page when you buy an Ore pack.
Your page and privacy
Can I target more than one kind of role?
Yes. Each Role gets its own interview and its own link, so you can present yourself differently for, say, an individual contributor role and a leadership role. A new Role costs 5 Ore.
Can I pause my page?
Yes. Every Role has a pause switch on your dashboard. While it's paused, recruiters see that you aren't taking interviews right now.
How do I download or delete my data?
You can download your data any time from Account on your dashboard. To delete your account, email help@stope.cc and we'll take care of it.
